p s y c h o t h e r a p i s t Since a young child I have been curious towards life and the aspects that surround living. With a love for creating, understanding, and compassion I was eventually led to psychotherapy. Although my journey here was gained through explorations of myself, it is those very experiences that created who I am personally and professionally.

Professional essentials

I received education in psychology before completing my Masters of Social Work at the University of Utah in 2016. I’ve worked in community mental health and private practice, as well as with assessments and hospice social work. I recently opened up my new office in Orem; connecting in-person and virtually. Along with psychotherapy I am working on creating a chronic wellness center with all kinds of services to benefit those living with chronic illness. My passion is working with individuals in making a difference in living and I am always expanding my knowledge and understanding to guide my clients. I love to create a place of healing for the soul. I use mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, relational, and emotional connection as my primary modalities. With couples I use Gottman techniques as a primary focus.

Personal morsels

I am blessed to have two beautiful children, who are the loves of my life and keep me learning. I enjoy experiencing culture and events, as well as time with friends and family. I enjoy time to create and make things more beautiful than I found them, which I find relaxing and revitalizing. Life is beautiful, be in the moment. I have my own challenges, which I am continually working through and growing from.
