Individual Therapy
There are amazing things that happen when we are able to work together in a healing, therapeutic way.
Life is full of beauty and struggles; which can be challenging to face on your own. Feelings of being
overwhelmed, not enough, anxiety, depression, being stuck, grief and loss, and frustration are some of the
very emotions that make us human. Dealing with difficult life situations can also cause a lot of distress.
Together we spend time exploring, processing, healing, and growing; as well as getting in tune with your
own inner wisdom. You’ll be supported with a variety of tools to help you in developing a conscious
relationship with others and yourself.
Couples Therapy
Guiding couples in bringing their authentic selves to the relationship; working together to create healing,
unity, trust, and connection. Couples therapy offers helpful frameworks for understanding why obstacles
arise in relationships and helps you build skills for working through them.

fully and more grounded. Working through impasses life creates and directing towards goals that are
important to you. Together we set your needs to create a custom plan for coaching, whether it be a once a

Chronic Illness
Living with chronic illness or chronic pain can be
challenging and testing at times. You may be worn out
and struggle because of the persistent fatigue and pain.
It’s difficult to explain to others and they may not
understand; you may feel alone at times in your
struggle. You may also experience psychological effects
of your illness.
As a therapist who understands with her own chronic
illness, as well as the tools that facilitate managing a
live of living; I am there to support your journey and
facilitate healing. Together we work together and
create a life fully lived.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a special type of attention. It’s paying
attention to your experience in the present moment;
without judging it as good or bad, with out trying to
push it away or hold onto it. Being an objective
observer of your experience.
Using mindfulness meditation, both formal and
informal, in helping both the mind and the body to
align with one another. So that messages each are
sending can be received, understood, and adjustments
can be made less difficult.
