Living with ADHD is challenging due to executive functioning
deficits; including self-regulation and self-management.
Inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity are the key
behaviors of ADHD. It can become easy to feel frustrated,
shame, and experience strong emotions.
Together we work with thoughts and behaviors to help
manage your ADHD. We also work on finding tools that help
your success and create balance. Tools of mindfulness,
emotional regulation, strengths based, routine, organization
skills, reminders, and accountability are some that we might
use.
